Fruin and Finlas Cottages Shegarton Farm has two self-catering holiday cottages overlooking  Loch Lomond within a  5 minutes drive from Luss Village, on the west side of The Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park.

The  original Courtyard Barns on Shegarton Farm have been restored to a high 4 star standard. Located beside each other the cottages can be rented together or separately. The farm cottages are a courtyard barn conversion within the original farm steading, built by the local laird, Sir James Colquhoun, of Clan Colquhoun of Luss in 1848.

Fruin Cottage

Fruin Cottage sleeps 2 persons
Fruin Cottage is a small cottage with a double bedroom and sleeps 2 persons and is adjacent to Finlas Cottage. Formally one of the courtyard barns of the original steading, the cottage has a separate bedroom and sleeps 2 persons comfortably. The bedroom has twin beds which if required could be put together to make a double bed.

Finlas Cottage

Finlas Cottage sleeps 4 persons
Finlas Cottage is a larger cottage with 2 bedrooms with twin beds and sleeps 4 persons. Formally one of the courtyard barns of the original steading, this cottage has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 persons comfortably. The bedrooms have twin beds in each room and the bathroom has a shower and a bath.

Both cottages are dog friendly for a small additional charge. They have well equipped kitchens and all you need for a perfect self catering holiday or short break on Loch Lomond. The Cottages are let on a nightly basis (minimum 2 night bookings only) which makes them ideal for short breaks subject to availability. This may suit guests who are visiting Loch Lomond to attend a wedding or a special event.

We look forward to welcoming you to Shegarton Farm Cottages.
